Central Health operates under the Public Tender Act of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. Public tenders are advertised electronically through this website.

DISCLAIMER: Every effort is made to keep this site current however all tenders are posted in the Telegram. In the event you are unable to find a specific tender on  this website please check the Saturday edition of the Telegram. Further information can also be obtained from Purchasing Manager for Central Health.

Tender Conditions

All tenders must be sent in a sealed envelope clearly marking tender name and number to:

  • Onus is on potential bidders to check the website and or Saturday edition of the Telegram for tenders, changes to tenders and addendums.
  • No electronic transmission of tenders will be accepted.
  • Successful bidders of tenders will be listed on the website when tenders are awarded.
  • The lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted by Central Health.
  • Closing time of advertised tenders will be 10:00 a.m. on Fridays, Newfoundland Time, unless otherwise specified in the advertisement.

Strategic Procurement Project

The first tender document has been added to the Emptoris, the e-sourcing tool being used for the Strategic Procurement Project. You can access these tenders by visiting the Reveiw Tenders page on our website or by following this link: http://www.gpa.gov.nl.ca/gs/report/ and typing“SPPFl05” into the Tender Number cell.

As a service provider to Central Health, you are collectively accountable under the legislation and bound by an Oath/Affirmation of Confidentiality to maintain the privacy and security of all information obtained through affiliation with Central Health.
