Information for New Employees

Central Health is committed to ensuring that staff and the services provided are done with the utmost professionalism. In order to assist in the recruitment of the most suitable candidates for Central Health several pre-employment conditions are required. Prior to employment, each potential applicant must provide the following information:

  • Current and clear Certificate of Conduct

  • Reference information for most recent/current supervisor

  • Copy of high school transcript or equivalent (as accepted by the government of Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Education)

  • Copy of most recent post secondary transcript (if applicable)

  • Proof of registration or licensure (if applicable)

Once hired employees are required to supply additional information including but not limited to:

  • Date of birth

  • Social Insurance Number

  • Void cheque (or bank account information for payroll purposes)

  • Signed confidentiality agreement
