Central Health launches Wayfinding Survey

Central Health is pleased to announce the launch of a wayfinding survey in an effort to improve the way patients and staff navigate its healthcare facilities.

Wayfinding refers to information systems, such as signs or symbols that guide people through a physical environment and enhance their understanding of and experience in the space.

Patients, clients, visitors and staff from the entire Central Health region are encouraged to provide their experiences and input by completing the survey. This input will provide the Regional Health Authority with valuable information to help improve how individuals find their way around our hospitals and ensure a positive experience for the people we serve.

The survey will be anonymous and confidential, can be completed online and takes about 5-10 minutes to complete:

· The survey will be open from August 3-17, 2021.

Individuals who have questions about how to complete the survey or would like to learn more about how their privacy is protected are directed to contact Central Health’s Engineering and Support Services Department at 1-709-424-5432.
