COVID-19 testing will be available to those in the Gander area who are a contact of a case or symptomatic.
The testing clinic will be located at the Fraser Road United Church, in Gander, on the following dates:
Monday, December 20th, 2021 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
This clinic is open to:
Anyone who is a contact of a case, or symptomatic and has not yet had an opportunity for testing
Anyone identified as a contact of a case and requires a second test at Day 11-13 from last date of contact with the case.
There is no need to book an appointment as walk-ins are encouraged. Individuals are asked to present to the clinic and remain in their vehicles until advised to move inside. Individuals are asked to remain patient, respectful and to expect some wait time depending on how many people show up at any given time.
As with the standard COVID-19 test, test results will not be available to patients at the point of testing. Staff performing tests will advise individuals how to access results online. All individuals with symptoms are advised to isolate.
