COVID-19 Vaccine Record Management

Central Health wishes to advise that it is working to address concerns regarding incomplete vax pass records. If you have noted an issue with your vax pass, you can call (709) 256-5683 and leave a message per direction on the phone line or email

Support staff are working to address any concerns with record retrieval. It may take up to 5 -7 business days for an updated vax pass record, so individuals can check back online. Once the record is updated, the updates will be visible on the vax pass. You will not get a return call to indicate that your record has been updated.
