Central Health wishes to advise that limited visitor restrictions are in place at North Haven Manor (Lewisporte Health Centre) in Lewisporte, due to the presence COVID-19 in that area.
Visitation is limited to one person per patient/resident. Palliative care visitations will be determined in collaboration with the patient, family and care team. Individuals requiring information about visitation restrictions should call (709) 535-3851.
Emergency department services and scheduled outpatient appointments are not affected at the Lewisporte Health Centre.
