Working from Home
As many of us transition to working from home temporarily it is important to set yourself up to be able to work comfortably and safely. The resources below have been developed to help you set up your workstation under less than ideal circumstances.
Adjusting and Adapting your Computer Workstation
Movement and changing position are a very important part of taking care of our bodies and preventing musculoskeletal injuries. Some of us will not be able to set up our home workstations perfectly, which makes it even more important to make frequent positional changes. Every 30 minutes is recommended. Remember to take normal breaks and fit in stretching and movement where you can.
