Central Health is calling upon residents of Central Newfoundland, staff and physicians to provide their feedback in its online Community Health Assessment survey.
Input received provides an understanding of the current health status and health needs of the individuals and communities Central Health serves. Information collected will be used to inform local priorities and action planning around these priorities in each of the Primary Health Care areas.
Feedback from this private and confidential survey will be used to support operational and service planning in each of the 12 Primary Health Care areas in the region.
This online survey is available until March 3, 2023 and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The survey that can be found here.
