BY CREDIT CARD
To provide additional convenience and to practice safe social distancing during this time, we will accept credit card payments over the phone at (709) 256-5404 or (709) 292-2168.
LIST OF VISITS FOR TAX PURPOSES
For those wishing to request a “Lists of Visits” for income tax purposes, requests can be made by sending the completed form, along with payment, to Central Health Finance, 125 Trans Canada Hwy, Gander, NL, A1V1P7.
