Central Health would like to advise that the 1-833 toll free phone number that was set up to connect families with patients and residents who were transferred to another health care facility has been discontinued.
Those who wish to contact patients and residents can now contact the facilities directly.
During business hours, Central Health will continue to provide access to Client Navigation at 1-844-651-6214 or by email at clientnavigation@centralhealth.nl.ca.
Client Relations services is also available at 1-888-799-2272.
