Please be advised that all services offered at the current Green Bay Community Health Centre, locally known as the College Building, in Springdale, will transfer to the new Green Bay Health Centre, at 140A Little Bay Road, effective Thursday, May 13, 2021.
Services include:
· Mental Health and Addictions,
· Public Health,
· Behaviour/Child Management, and
· Early Youth Outreach Worker
The public is reminded that all appointments scheduled during this time will remain in place, unless otherwise notified by Central Health.
