Central Health wishes to advise that limited visitor restrictions of one designated visitor per resident are in place at the Valley Vista Senior Citizens Home in Springdale, effective May 19, 2022, due to cases of COVID-19 in the facility.
Visitors to the room of a positive resident will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and be offered a N95 mask.
Palliative care visitations will be determined on an individual basis in collaboration with families and the care team.
Individuals requiring information about their loved ones are asked to contact facility management.
