Central Health would like to advise and provide an update on physician coverage at the Fogo Island Health Centre.
For the month of August, 2022, the facility will have physician coverage from August 1-26.
Physician coverage will cover primary care services along with intermittent emergency services. Temporary Closures or Virtual ER will still take place occasionally.
We apologize for this interruption of service and thank the public for their understanding and patience as we continue to focus on providing safe and quality care for the residents of the central region.
