Central Health would like to advise that COVID-19 testing will be available to those who are close contacts of a confirmed case(s) and symptomatic individuals in the Twillingate area at the following dates and times:
Twillingate United Church
Friday, December 31, 2021 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
These clinics are open to:
Anyone who is a contact of a case, or symptomatic and has not yet had an opportunity for testing
Anyone identified as a contact of a case and requires a second test at Day 11-13 from last date of contact with the case. Please note that COVID-19 testing on day 11-13 after last exposure for fully vaccinated asymptomatic high-risk contacts of cases is no longer required.
Anyone who is part of public advisory
Anyone who requires a day 7 test (You must have a negative day 7 test result before leaving isolation)
Individuals are asked to present to the clinic and remain in their vehicles until advised to move inside. Individuals are asked to remain patient, respectful and to expect some wait time depending on how many people show up at any given time.
As with the standard COVID-19 test, test results will not be available to patients at the point of testing. Staff performing tests will advise individuals how to access results online. All individuals with symptoms are advised to isolate.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
