Central Health is experiencing a temporary resource challenge at the Green Bay Health Centre (GBHC) in Springdale. Residents requiring emergency services during this time, are advised to call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room at Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor where they will be seen.
The diversion of emergency services will take place on the following dates:
Sunday, March 6 from 8:00 am to Monday, March 7 at 8:00 am
Monday, March 7 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Wednesday, March 9 from 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
VIRTUAL ER
On-site emergency services will be supported through Virtual ER assessment on the following dates and times:
Saturday, March 5 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (8hrs)
Tuesday, March 8 from 8:00 pm to Wednesday, March 9 at 6:00 am (10hrs)
Thursday, March 10 from 8:00 am to Friday, March 11 at 8:00 am (24hrs)
Friday, March 11 from 8:00 pm to Saturday, March 12 at 8:00 am (12hrs)
Saturday, March 12 from 8:00 pm to Sunday, March 13 at 8:00 am (12hrs)
