Central Health is pleased to announce that it will transfer service to the new Green Bay Health Centre, in Springdale, effective 8:00 a.m. May 10, 2021.
Please be advised that all services offered at the current Green Bay Health Centre, in Springdale, will remain in place until 8:00 a.m. May 10, 2021, at which time service will transfer to the new facility at 140 A Little Bay Road.
Services include:
- Emergency
- Acute Care (inpatient)
- Medical Clinic (doctor’s office)
- Lab
- Medical Imaging
- Continuing Care (Community Nursing)
- Physiotherapy
- Dietician
- Diabetes/ Well Women’s Clinic
New signage and staff assistance will be available to help direct those who may not be familiar with the new location.
The public is reminded that all appointments scheduled during this time will remain in place, unless otherwise notified by Central Health.
