Central Health would like to advise the opening of two non-emergent assessment clinics (NEAC) one in Gander and one in Grand Falls-Windsor. Through the Non-Emergent Assessment Clinics (NEAC), residents who have non-emergent medical issues will be able to contact the NEAC and set up a virtual care appointment. A physician and/or nurse practitioner will then contact the patient and provide care virtually. If an in-person assessment is required, arrangements will be made to have this completed at the Non-Emergent Assessment Clinic.
These clinics will be located at the Gander Medical Clinic in Gander and at the Killick Clinic in Grand Falls-Windsor. Clinics will be open seven days a week from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
