Central Health would like to advise that effective today (Monday, April 12, 2021) there are no Ambulatory Echocardiography Services available at Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre (CNRHC). Arrangements have been made to continue to offer Inpatient Echocardiography services, however timing may be slightly delayed.
This disruption in service is due to completion of long-term locum coverage and vacancies. We do not anticipate this disruption to last for an extended period of time as recruitment efforts are ongoing.
Outpatient appointments for echocardiograms will be offered at James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre in Gander.
