Central Health wishes to advise that full visitor restrictions are in place at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Centre effective immediately due to several news cases of COVID-19 identified in the Central Health region over the weekend. Full visitor restrictions will be in place until applicable designated visitors and applicable residents/patients/clients have been screened and been tested as appropriate. This is anticipated to be a short-term measure until the investigation is completed in the coming days. Individuals requiring information about their loved ones should phone the appropriate nursing unit.
