Cardiopulmonary Services

Cardiopulmonary Services provides a broad range of high quality Cardiopulmonary and Diagnostic Neurophysiology care to meet the inpatient and the outpatient needs of the clients of Central Health.

The functional departments of cardiopulmonary services include:

​

• Diagnostic Neurophysiology

• Echocardiography 

• Non-invasive Cardiology

• Respiratory Therapy

 

Staff and a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic services are located at the two regional referral centres, Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor and James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre in Gander. Consultative services to all other sites in Central Health are provided as required.
