Central Health is currently experiencing a temporary human resource challenge at Dr. Y.K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre in New-Wes-Valley. Residents requiring emergency services during this this time are advised to call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room at James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre in Gander, where they will be seen.
The diversion of emergency services will take place on:
Friday, April 1, 2022 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Sunday, April 3, 2022 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
VIRTUAL ER
On-site emergency services will be supported through Virtual ER assessment on the following date and times:
Friday, April 1, 2022 from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am Saturday, April 2
Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am Sunday, April 3
Sunday, April 3, 2022 from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am Monday, April 4
