Central Health wishes to advise that limited visitor restrictions of one essential visitor per patient/resident are in place at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre in Twillingate effective immediately due to cases of COVID-19 identified in the Central Health region.
Emergency department services and scheduled outpatient appointments are not affected. Visitor screening is still in place.
Palliative care visitations will be determined in collaboration on an individual basis.
The visitor restrictions are expected to be in place until the investigation is completed. Individuals requiring information about their loved ones should phone the appropriate nursing unit.
